Race BTW plays no factor. If you are truly conscious about your self-image and appearance try a balanced regimen of moderate exercise and a balanced and sensible diet, also look into taking multivitamins. If reducing body fat is your goal you could try adding more vegetables and lean meats like lean cuts of beef, also poultry (chicken, turkey), fish, and there are good lowfat and even fatfree dairy products like milk, cheeses, cottage cheese, sour cream, even yogurt! Also consider working out with free weights, but see a doctor before starting an exercise programme. Also, try plain nonfat yogurt instead of mayonnaise on your Sandwiches and making dressings with plain nonfat yogurt instead of oil vinegar and mayonnaise as well. You'll replace the fat content with protein and that may enhance the flavour.
