Right now, for me, it seems to be red grapes as the trigger. Strange since red wine which I drink a fair amount of doesn't have the effect, and I've never noticed this in the past with grapes. Perhaps some catalyst interaction with vitamins, or medication is causing it, haven't figured it out yet.

Urine smells bad after work out?

Bad-smelling urine after a workout can be attributed to dehydration, which concentrates the urine and intensifies its odor. Additionally, certain foods, like asparagus, or supplements, such as B vitamins, can also contribute to unpleasant smells. When you sweat, your body loses fluids, so it's important to stay hydrated before, during, and after exercise to help dilute urine and reduce odor. If the problem persists, it may be worth consulting a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying issues.
