No; Because detection of starvation requires future knowledge since no amount of record-keeping statistics on processes can determine if it is making Progress or not.

From individual thought, usually to solve a problem or explain phenomena.
It explains the species problem; how the rich unity and diversity of life evolved on the earth.
Your body uses mostly negative biofeedback, it will turn off a process before it will cause a problem. There are only a few positive feedback processes: blood clotting, childbirth and breast feeding. All others are negative. When a product reaches a certain level, it will turn off a reaction. If you fill a bathtub, you will turn off the water before the tub overfills. This is negative feedback. If you don't and the water overflows...you will have a big problem.
The diffusion problem is based on relative concentrations in and outside of the cell and a lipid bilayer´s permeability to most of the ions essential to cell processes. It is solved by active transport and facilitated diffusion through protein channels and pumps both passively and through the use of ATP. .... I think ...
A problem with cell theory is that it requires great care to remove cells from a multicellular organism. In order for the cell to remain useful, it must be kept alive during extraction.
Starvation: Starvation is a resource management problem where a process does not get the resources it needs for a long time because the resources are being allocated to other processes. [UPDATE]: Starvation generally occurs in a Priority based scheduling System. Where High Priority (Lower Number = Higher Priority) requests get processed first. Thus a request with least priority may never be processed. Aging - is the technique to overcome this issue in a system.
Fighting, disease,and starvation
Finding the problem is one of the organizational processes that support problem solving. Other organizational processes that also support problem solving include formulating the problem, choosing a solution, utilizing the solution, and reviewing the outcome.
Yes it is as hunger is the basic necessity.
When using threads, the entire point of a reader/writer problem is to avoid deadlock and starvation. The only way to avoid deadlock or starvation without the use of semaphores is for there to be only one possible process that could run, that is one reader and one writer only.
(a) Explain the 6 steps in problem solving
The immediate problem was the army's rations going astray. But that army was barefoot and starving anyway. And it had run out of manpower.
Psychology
Not at all, unless you consider starvation, famine, death, loss, monumental damage as a big problem?
starvation and disease and loss of people/death
its either 233 or 754
