I have 3 Golf size fibroids,

occassionaly

I get spasms and when I go to touch the area it feels like a large knot, after about a minute it goes away. I do not know for sure if this is one of the fibroids.

When this happens, it is just all of a sudden. The strain feeling stays around for awhile.

Maintaining a balanced diet with proper hydration and electrolytes can help prevent muscle spasms.

Will low iron cause muscle spasms?
