I had my rectum removed in June of 2022, with a temporary ileostomy out in place. In Oct of 2022, I had the reversal surgery done and the ileostomy removed. My colon was stretched and attached to my anus. After the surgery was done, it took about 3 1/2 days for the first bowel movement to happen. Then they let me return home. once home it was a pretty rough go for the first two months, having to go many times a day with my butt very sore. After about two months it has started to gradually improve. I am writing this in early July 2023, approx. 8 1/2 months after the reversal surgery. For me things have improved. Some days I still have to go frequently, some days I only have to go a couple of times. The first few weeks after the reversal are very rough, but things will improve over time.
Well, there's one way I know to make your butt larger and you can try weight lifting. If you use machines that strengthen the back of the upper thighs then they will also help shape your butt to look larger and muscular.
If you didn't have buttocks I would imagine you would have a really hard time sitting - it would be uncomfortable and pelvic bones would rattle against chairs. You would also have trouble walking, since gluteus maximus (that's the muscle that largely makes up the buttock) is necessary to swing the leg back.
If you didn't have the other significant part of the butt which is between the buttocks you would probably have a different way of excreting waste than you do now. Perhaps it would be sweated out.
There is some question as to whether you would be attractive. If you were the only one with no butt, then you probably would not be considered pretty. If you came from an alien race where nobody had a butt, then you might be perfectly fine in their eyes.
Well if you were a woman then I wouldn't be attracted to you.. and you would fall over because you would be able to balance...
Yes, and well.
In many cases of severe damage or disease, the rectum and/or colon must be removed, and they are replaced by a stoma(hole, or orifice) in the abdominal wall.
Know that when living without rectum and no stoma replacement, you probably have severe bowel incontinence, and will always be dependent on knowing where the bathrooms are. This makes life without a rectum a little more complicated.
Yes, you can have a colostomi instead. That incl the colon but not the anus.
Ther IZ a peep w/ no butt. it waz in a movie b4 they had speshal effects

Yes. There are cases when people have had their entire large intestines removed for medical reasons. Unfortunately the rectum is responsible for the postponement of defecation until a more convenient time.
Less than a minute I'd reckon

No you can not live without a spline. If you mean spleen, yes you can live with out it. If you mean spine, no.

The rectum allows the passage of excrement out of the animal. Without the rectum, the pig would not be able to pass feces properly.

This depends on how far up your rectum the tampon is. If you can reach in and pull it out, then do that. To make it a bit easier, you could try lubricating your rectum (kitchen oil should work fine, but body or massage oil might be preferable) - just pour the lubricant into your rectum, and hopefully you should be able to pull it out without much trouble. However, if the tampon is so far up your rectum that you cannot easily pull it out, go to your local emergency room and have them remove it for you. Either way, you're likely to have a sore rectum for a few days.
The large intestine does connect to the rectum.
Nothing is digested in the rectum, the rectum is the final storage place for feces before they are excreted.
The rectum.the rectum or the decending colon.
Cancer of the rectum is the disease characterized by the development of malignant cells in the lining or epithelium of the rectum
