Here is a Biology I level answer for cytokinesis. I'm pasting it from the library.thinkquest.org website:
CytokinesisNow there are two separate nuclei, but they are in the same cell. The cell now needs to be split in half. Cytokenesis begins in anaphase and continues on through telophase. The first visible sign of cytokenesis is when the cell begins to pucker in, a process called furrowing. Furrowing tends to take place at right angles to the axis of the spindle (so that each nucleus is placed in a different cell of course!). The cytoskeleton is reused to build the next spindle for mitosis. Now the two cells will continue the cell cycle and begin their interphase again! For more specific and detailed information you will need to hear from a real biologist.
Nucleus of a cell divides first.
The process of cytokinesis takes place.
The newly formed daughter cells are of half the size of the original (parent) cell.
Consequently these daughter cells grow back to the original size (size of a parent cell).
In an animal cell the cell membrane pinches down until the two new cells are disconnected, but in a plant cell it's different. In a plant cell, due to it's cell wall, a rigid layer, called a cell plate, goes between the two nuclei splitting the cell into two new cells. Then the cells grow their cell membranes and their cell plates, and repeat then goes through the cell cycle again.
Cytokinesis is the process in which the cytoplasm of a single eukaryotic cell is divided to form two daughter cells. It happens either in the mitosis or meiosis I and II.
Plant cells: Cytoplasm is divided by a cell plate
Animal cells: Cytoplasm is divided by a cell membrane
Cytokinesis. Happens during telophase.

Mitosis is the division of the nucleus. Cytokinesis is the division of the cytoplasm.
Mitosis is the process that refers to the splitting of the nucleus, in which two daughter nuclei are produced. Cytokinesis refers to the division of the membrane and cytoplasm.
Cytokineses is the term used for division of cytoplasm. It is achieved by cell plate formation or by furrowing. In most of the plant cells cell plate formation is common. In animal cells and in bacteria it is by furrowing.

No, mitosis refers to the division of the nucleus of a cell into two identical daughter nuclei. It does not involve the division of organelles. Organelles are typically replicated during interphase, which is the phase that occurs before mitosis.

Cytokinesis - this is a division of the cytoplasm of a cell, occurring at the end of mitosis.

Cytoplasmic division is also called cytokinesis. This is the stage of mitosis in which the cell splits into two daughter cells.
