No, only plant cells have vacuoles. A red blood cell is considered a human (animal) cell. Vacuoles are important to plants and fungi because they isolate materials that may be harmful to the cell's organelles. Although some animal cells contain vacuoles, they are only used in that case to assist in larger processes such as endocytosis and exocytosis.

This is completely incorrect. I am an 8th grader, and am smart enough to know that both animal and plant cells have vacuoles. However, thhe vacuole in the plant cell is much larger.

White blood cells have vesicles, which transport molecules in and out of the cell. It is plant cells which have the vacuoles which maintains cell stability. It is filled with water.
