1.start by sitting down into a "V" Spread them out as far as you can, reach out, If it's painful keep going, that's a good thing! Keep going. It is supposed to target your inner thighs, so if you feel pain there that means your getting a good stretch.
2.Stand up, spread your legs, and reach down. Make your palms lay flat on the ground. (feel the burn)
3.Keep your legs spread and squat down as far as you can.
4.Keeping your legs straight start to slide down as far as you can hold it there for about 1 minute.
5.next do a butterfly, bring your legs as far in as you can, and press your knees into the ground. hold there for about 30 seconds.
6.lay flat on your back, grab your foot and bring your leg back, try to make your nose touch your knee. Try to go into the middle splits again. Repeat about 5 times a day, until goal is reached.
7.Additional note. When you finally get into the middle splits, don't quite stretching, try more and different stretches! Venture out. If you get into the middle splits and you quite stretching all of a sudden, your middle splits won't stay. They will run away.
Hope that helps!!!!!!!! Reward yourself with a bowl of ice cream or something.
When DNA is copied, the double helix molecule splits open along the hydrogen bonds between the base pairs. This separation allows each strand to serve as a template for the creation of a new complementary strand. This process is known as DNA replication.
No, performing the splits does not impact a person's virginity. Virginity is typically defined as the state of never having engaged in sexual intercourse. It is not determined by physical activities such as doing the splits.
hydrolosis
When a large unstable atom splits into two or more smaller atoms, it is called nuclear fission. This process releases a large amount of energy and can result in a chain reaction if not properly controlled.
Pretty much the same save possible replication errors and uneven distribution of organelles.
Yes you can!
The enzyme helicase splits it down the middle by breaking the hydrogen bonds.

it takes your body about a minute for your legs to really get used to it. if you do the right and left and middle splits all for 1:30, you should be able 2 do it within a week or so!
Getting your splits is a matter of daily practice. They won't happen by themselves, but regular stretching and exercise will get you there. Google "how to do the splits" and see fitforafeast video by Katrina and Sloane on some great stretches for getting the splits. They did a second video also on their youtube channel, youtube.com/fitforafeast. Good Luck!

It splits down the middle due to the action of the enzyme helicase. This exposes the nitrogen bases on both strands of the DNA.
