Many people can only live with gangrene no longer than two months. This is because the infection eats away at your body. However, gangrene is no longer a common health ailment.
typically after 48 hours.
However Gas Gangrene can set in much sooner, as little as 6-8 hours.
You should not wait very long to have a bone set. It should happen within four hours of the break. This will stop yellow bone marrow from escaping into the bloodstream.

because the blood cannot flow. When you get pins and needles you cut a little bit of the blood flow.
Yes. If it cut short, then one copy would be incomplete. But through mitosis or meiosis, either one, the entire set of DNA is replicated fully.
Restriction enzymes cut DNA at specific sites called restriction sites. These restriction sites are typically 6 - 8 nucleotides in length and have a defined set of nucleotide bases. For example, the restriction enzyme Eco R1 cuts at the site: AGGTTC. Therefore, if the target DNA contains the above sequence, Eco R1 is able to cut it within the restriction site. Hence, by looking into the target site and which restriction enzymes are being used, on can make an accurate estimate of where the target DNA will be cut
Diabetes has a tendency to damage the blood vessels. When this happens, the tissues become oxygen deprived and gangrene can set in.
No. Once gangrene has set in the involved tissue is dead and so cannot be saved.
Fluid in the knee, known as knee effusion, is typically not associated with gangrene. Gangrene is a serious condition caused by a lack of blood supply to tissues, leading to tissue death. However, if the fluid in the knee is infected (septic arthritis), it could potentially lead to tissue necrosis and gangrene if left untreated.

Gangrene is often called 'gas gangrene' because it puts out a foul gas when an area is infected. Gangrene is an anaerobicbacterium, which means it grows in places hidden or away from air, let's say like deep down in a wound on your leg. If the infection is allowed to start growing, because circulation was cut off to the wound or wasn't cleaned properly, or treated with antibiotics to kill it, the tissue starts to die, cutting off the air to more tissue (which the bacteria likes) and putting toxins (poisons) out into the body systems. Once gangrene has set it and the leg has turned black, these poisons have to be removed by cutting off the leg, so that the infection won't poison the entire body and kill it.
It would take you 2-3 years to set it up and to take it down 2-3 years aswell and that's a long time
It depends. If you are working alone, expect it to take a few hours to do. If you have people helping you, it will not take as long.
