Too be honest, I wouldn't recommed it. If you are performing you weight training at a high intensity, your stomach might not like the eggs very much. On the other hand, you are on the right track because taking a protein supplement before lifting is a good idea. Try drinking a protein shake before you lift, or some other good source of protein right before. If you cant, or don't have time don't really worry about it. The most important thing to remember is DEFINITELY get your protein intake right after your workout. This is a major contributor to muscle gain. Your body needs all the protein it can get after a hard workout. Just remember, your body can only metabilize (or break down) about 40 g an hour so don't over do it or you will just be wasting it. For instance if you come home from your workout and drink a protein shake at 20g, eat a chicken breast at 20 grams and eat 2 hard boiled eggs and 14 grams, your body will only use about 40g of that in a hour and you will get rid of the other 14. Hope this helps!!
If you eat the eggs of a blue bottle fly, you will digest them. They have some nutritional value.

Yes. When you are sick you are in negative nitrogen balance. So you tolerate the cereals in better way. Some amount of eggs and milk also should be taken. But may not be liked by patient.
People who are lactose intollerant, including myself, just can't eat foods that contain dairy. This includes milk, cheese, and butter. However, I have found that most people don't realize that people who are lactose intollerant can eat eggs. Eggs are not considered dairy. If you are lactose intollerant you can use soy products instead of dairy products or try taking lactaid pills before eating dairy.
One should eat eggs 20-30 mins before a netball game.

Before exercise and wanting to stay fit you should always eat healthy as possible. For lunch try eat a salad or protein shakes something that is not heavy.
You should never eat raw eggs regardless of blood pressure. By eating raw eggs you increase your chance of catching salmonella. Always cook the eggs before you eat them. If you are trying to avoid cooking them in oil or butter try them poached.
