To my knowledge blood development in embryos start in liver so it occurs when liver is developed. However, though it is true that The Bible speaks of blood signifying life, that does not necessarily require that blood = life. The OT usually speaks in this way when animals are sacrificed for the sins of the people, and their life is lost through the shedding of their blood. But an animal that is dead and full of blood is not full of life. On another note, it never talks about life beginning with blood, only ending in its shedding. King David says in Psalm 139:13 "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb."
Leviticus 17:14 is really clear on this matter: For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said to the children of Israel, You shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whoever eats it shall be cut off.
An embryo makes blood because it begins to develop into a fetus and later into a new infant. An egg can not become an embryo without the DNA that the sperm donates.
Food is definitely one structure which diffuses from the mother's blood to the embryo. I need to find out another one to answer my question?
It never occurs, direct blood and nerve connections between the mother and the embryo never occur.
The developing embryo is nourished by the yolk sack until implantation. Upon implantation the placenta begins to develop, the placenta acts as the fetal lung , it transports oxygen to the fetus and carbon dioxide away from the fetus via the umbilical cord. The placenta also provides stored carbs for the developing fetus.
Because of the difference of the blood type between the mother and child.

Yolk or blood are food for embryo .
The blood vessels of an embryo are connected to both the heart (internally) and the umbilical cord (externally). The heart beats and helps circulate the blood to some degree but mostly it is the heart of the mother that helps circulate the blood to and from the embryo.
Instead of getting oxygen and nutrients directly from a mother, the bird egg contains these elements in the materials found around the bird embryo. Reptiles and amphibians have similar processes for supplying the embryo.

No
Only female mosquitoes suck blood. The blood is needed to develop her eggs internally before laying.

The mother's blood and the embryo's blood do not mix freely. The placenta allows for the diffusion of oxygen and nutrients, but does not allow the actual blood to mix.
The embryo is obtains nutrients by drawing them from the mother's blood. Thus, whatever the mother takes in that alters chemical composition of her blood can potentially affect the embryo.
