Oranges, lemons, limes and any other citrus fruit are good for vitamin C.

Milk, yogurt and any dairy product has calcium, and some have vitamin D.

Carrots have DHA for good eyesight.

Bananas have potasium.

Pretty much all vegitables are rich in vitamins, especially green leafy ones.
