You can only buy Energy Mashes (5% more energy) and Calorific Mashes (10% more morale) from the store. If you need Health mashes, the only way you can is if you're boarded at an Equestrian Center that has grown the necessary items and made some mashes. Before you board your horse next time, research the EC's page and it should tell you how many Health Mashes it has. I've gotten into a 60 Equu EC and gotten Health Mashes before, so you don't have to spend a thing besides boarding fees. Hope this helped better!
Go to equestrian center > meadows > make mash. That will tell you how much of each crop you need to grow to make mashes. Once you have the right amount of crops, go back to the meadows/ make mash page and prepare your mashes.
