Once the zygote becomes an embryo it starts developing all of its organs, nervous system etc. then after 8 weeks of development everything is there so it becomes a fetus, and the fetus just grows bigger.

after cell division the cells begin to form different groups which develop into different tissues and organs this process is called embryo but the stage at which all the body parts of embryo is recognized is called foetus
