Hey, you know i may not be the answer your looking for, but i have Pigeon Chest as well. I have talked to a few doctors about it and from what i can muster its that Pigeon Chest in Some Cases will normalize as you get older.( To me i find it highly unlikely) Although if your looking to hide it sooner i recommend Pushups or benchpressing to work on your muscles. As Pigeon Chest normally develops in tall skinny people you probably dont have much muscle mass to begin with so i would recommend running first till your endurance peaks up then moving to the push ups.
Other Options include Several Painful Surgerys... an Exterior Brace that takes 2 years to completely do the job etc mostly expensive stuff

Well hope i have been even a little help.

Embrace the beauty in all creatures, just like we embrace the happy little accidents in our paintings.
