it recirculates the unburned gases intake through the engine and burs it to reduce emission
Exhaust
I think because it works more like a heat exchanger taking heat from the exhaust gas, rather than a "standard" boiler with a furnace? An EGB needs a pump to circulate the water through the pipes in the exhaust stack, whereas a furnace-heated boiler can use convection to move the fluid through the system..?Might have something to do with lower temperatures in an EGB?
EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) cooler tubes are typically made from materials that can withstand high temperatures and corrosive exhaust gases. Common materials include stainless steel, which offers excellent resistance to corrosion and thermal stress, and aluminum, which is lightweight and has good thermal conductivity. Some designs may also incorporate specialized coatings or alloys to enhance durability and performance.
YES from the exhaust gas. If the exhaust flue has a leak or the heat exchanger has a leak into the house air Carbon Monoxide can build up in the heated house air and kill anyone in the house. The major problem is a person can not smell carbon monoxide. If you are getting frequent headaches have a heating contractor check your house air for carbon monoxide or buy a carbon monoxide detector at a hardware store and test your air yourself.
In a water tube boiler, combustible gases are primarily located in the combustion chamber and flue gas passages. The combustion chamber is where the fuel is burned, producing hot gases. These gases then flow through the flue gas passages, transferring heat to the water in the tubes before being expelled through the exhaust stack. Proper management of these gases is essential for efficient operation and safety.

Each of the exhaust analyzers will need to meet certain requirements. You can find out what these are by looking online.
it recirculates the unburt gases to burn it again trough the engine in order to reduce emission
instron is a company's name which makes scientific instrument like water vapour permeabilty analyser, gas permeability analyser. where texture analyser is itself an instrument which analyses texture of food or medicine etc using different probes.

Exhaust of an engine is a gas.
carbon monoxide is in exhaust gas
Could be a blown head gasket or one of your mates is playing tricks on you. Is there any water in the engine oil, it will be a creamy white sort of colour. If you have access to a exhaust gas analyser stick the sniffer in the radiator just above the water when it is hot. If it picks up exhaust gases you have a blown head gasket.
