Thawing meat is a chemical change because the meat isn't changing the meat is just melting but it's not changing shape or flavor or texture etc

It's a physical change the water is changing from solid - ice, to a liquid. The meat is not changing.

Is grilling of meat a physical change?

No, it's a chemical change because chemical reactions are involved.

Is grinding of meat a physical or chemical?

Grinding meat is primarily a physical process rather than a chemical one. When meat is ground, it undergoes a physical change in its state or form. The process involves breaking down the larger pieces of meat into smaller fragments or minuscule particles through mechanical force. During grinding, there's no alteration in the chemical composition of the meat. The proteins, fats, and other components remain the same; only the physical structure changes. This transformation enhances the texture, appearance, and usability of the meat without introducing any chemical reactions that would modify its fundamental components. Read More - kentmaster.ie

Using a meat grinder you were able to obtain ground meatwhat kind of change in matter did you produce?

Grinding meat is an example of a Physical Change, as opposed to a Chemical Change or Nuclear Change.

Is grinding of meat physical or chemical change?

Physical. Chemical change is when the composition of a molecule is changed. Example: When you burn wood. The wood stops being wood and turns to ash. An example of a Physical change is when you mix salt in water. Neither the salt nor the water change their chemical makeup. If you allow the water to evaporate the salt remains and still has the same chemical make up, as does the water even though it is now in its gaseous form.

Is it a physical or chemical change when meat blackens when cooked too long on a BBQ?

Both occur. The physical change is obvious and certain chemical compounds called nitrosamines are created in cooking meats to that stage. Nitrosamines are suspected possible carcinogens.
