Depends what you mean by "dangerous".

If you mean a band that is very violent with their music, I'd say GWAR.

If you mean a band that will try to kill people, I'd say most Black Metal bands - as they have a tendency to burn churches.

If you mean a band that influences people to kill themselves or each other, those bands do not exist - as that is likely a personal problem.

Speed Metal (Motorhead, Diamond Head, Iron Maiden)

Black Metal (Venom, Mercyful Fate)

Thrash Metal (Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth)

Death Metal (Death, Cannibal Corpse)

Groove Metal (Pantera, Lamb Of God, White Zombie)

And there are many more that I didn't mention because either most people think they are posery or they are just a subgenre or fusions of the ones above, like Blackened Thrash Metal, Unblack Metal, etc,
