yes most of the time fat is turned into enegry but how...well stuuf you eat like a cookie for ex. the fat and other poisons get stored in the fat cells of the body and than burned into engery!!! but fats and stuff like that wher not diesind to be berind!!!!!!!! it is best to burn carbohigdesates and protien! Animal fats such as lard from pork or dripping from beef can be melted and will become a solid again when they go cold, however dairy fats such as butter will still return to a solid, but never to it's original 'creamy' solid state once it has been melted.
