Dry ice will sublime, or turn from a solid state into a gas state at room temperature. Dry ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide at room temperature is a gas. If you left dry ice at room temperature for a few hours, depending how much you have, will completely sublime into gasous carbon dioxide.
Solid CO2 is commonly refered to as Dry Ice. It is produced by allowing liquid CO2 to expand to atmospheric pressure which forms dry ice snow. This snow is then compressed to form the blocks and pellets you can buy. As the triple point of CO2 ( the point where liquid, solid and gas all coexist) is -56.6 oC and 416.5 kPa pressure, both colder and a much lower pressure than a normal room, the the Dry Ice would simply sublime into CO2 gas.
It sublimes.
it would evaporate into the air in the room
The temperature of the water/salt solution will equalize to room temperature.
Hmmm... I think this shld b a better ans. When in a cold room, the glass will contract. So, when taken out of cold room and placed in hot room, expansion will take place. As the glass has uneven surface, the process of expansion will cause the crack.
The particles will diffuse and eventually spread across the room.
a high temp. room would make them see and a cold room would slow them down so it would be a cold room.
it would die
it would evaporate into the air in the room
If you just have methane in a dark room nothing will happen because nothing is there to react. If the room was light nothing would happen either, as there are still no other chemicals for it to react with.
It will evaporate
it won't taste good but hey Ur hearing this from a 10 year old kid
No. It should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
No food left out that long would be safe to eat.
The temperature of the water/salt solution will equalize to room temperature.
If its in a closed container nothing will happen. If not then the bacteria would multiply too much and make you sick
Accidental or not, there's no way to tell if it would be safe to eat.
Cooked salmon should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If it has been left out longer than that, it should be thrown out because bacteria can grow quickly at room temperature. If the salmon is smoked, it should not be left out at room temperature for more than 3 hours.
it depends on how hot or cold the room tempature is
