You have to be alittle more specific in what you added and was this a fresh start up (meaning new pool with fresh new water) or is it being opened for the season (was covered for the winter months)? If you have a pool/spa place near you it would be a good idea to take a sample of water and have it tested by a professional. They will usually do this for free and it is a quicker method then searching on the internet, for they will tell you on the spot what is wrong with your pool. Good Luck! Happy Swimming!
Cloudy pool water can be caused by poor filtration, insufficient circulation, or high levels of dissolved or suspended particles. Even if chemical levels are balanced, these factors can still result in cloudy water. It's important to address these mechanical issues in addition to maintaining proper chemical levels to clear up the cloudiness.
Whipped cream is an example of a colloid that you can see through. It consists of tiny air bubbles dispersed in a liquid, giving it a cloudy appearance while still allowing light to pass through.
Yes, solutions have to be clear and cannot be cloudy, this means that they are always transparent and you can see through them. The word 'clear', however, should not be confused with the word 'colourless' as some solutions, like copper sulphate solution which is blue, maybe be coloured but they will still be clear or transparent.
You can't see it.
Here are some colours that you can mix together: red + yellow = orange yellow + blue = green blue + red = purple/violet green + blue = aqua purple + blue = indigo white + red = pink black + white = grey (*although white and black aren't classified as "colours" I still added them, remember by adding white to any shade you can either make the colour lighter or change the colour, Have fun experimenting!) Shock treatment for the green part. If it is still cloudy you can add a clarifier sold at your local pool supply.
When there are clouds. :) If you are talking about cloudy pool water, it could be a number of things. Take a water sample to a retail pool store for testing. If the cloudiness remains after you balance the water, try adding a flocculent. If it still remains, try shocking the pool, then adding a flocculent again.

Quite simply, you get less solar energy than when it is not cloudy. For example, a solar stove can still heat water, but it will no longer boil.Quite simply, you get less solar energy than when it is not cloudy. Marble can contain small gas bubbles, typically trapped during the formation process when the stone was still in a molten state. These gas bubbles can give marble a speckled or cloudy appearance, adding to its unique character.
Yes, water can still evaporate on cloudy days. While less sunlight reaches the surface, the process of evaporation can still occur due to factors like temperature and humidity. Rainfall and relative humidity may impact the rate of evaporation on cloudy days.
your still adding but in a different direction
As long as there is sunlight on the panels, the system will produce electricity. However, production will be less on cloudy days than on bright sunny days. Think of it in terms of visibility. There is still outdoor visibility on cloudy or rainy days, albeit less visibility. There is still production on cloudy days, albeit less production. Since there is no sunlight at night, there is no production at night.
