In Bruno's home, the Fury, his father's office, and the other side of the fence where the people in striped pajamas are located are strictly out of bounds at all times with no exceptions.

The argument between Bruno's father and grandmother was caused by their differing opinions on how to handle the situation involving the Jewish people living near their home. Bruno's father was in support of the Nazi regime and followed orders, while his grandmother expressed compassion and understanding towards the Jewish people. This fundamental difference in beliefs led to a heated disagreement between the two.

If you mean the boy in the striped pyjamas then the plot follows as such: A boy called Bruno has to move to a new home because his father has been promoted (his father is a German army commander). This home is right next to a Jewish holocaust camp. Bruno becomes friends with a Jewish boy and, after many conversations and events happened at the house, decides to climb under the fence that seperates his back garden and the camp to help search for his friend's father who has mysteriously disappeared. Bruno does not get noticed because he had to have his head shaved after a case of nits. Bruno gets killed in the showers by gas because he was thought to be a Jew. His mother and father move back to his old house because they are so upset. If you didn't mean the boy in the striped pyjamas then I am sorry, I cannot help you.
