If it is a German Lugar then: The information won't come from the serial number. Look at the top of the pistol's barrel as it is pointed away from you. Look at the end closest to you. Do you see a letter, or a four digit number or a two digit number? If you see a 'G' this means it was made in 1935. If it is a "K" then it was made in 1936. If you see a four digit number, then that is the year it was made. If you see a two-digit number, then it was made in 1941-1944, see number 41, 42 43 or 44, to identify the year. Hope this helps. if you actually mean 'luger', it was a pistol used by the germans in ww2

Richard Lugar's birth name is Richard Green Lugar.
Undetermined. What kind of gun is it? Lugar, Walther, or other rare type?Germany made many variations of guns. Some were made for officers that are plated or special grips or such that makes them more valuable. What condition? A WW2 gun can be almost like new with original blue finish (the black coating) and the other extreme of the scale are guns that were dug out of the ground. The Serial Number AC44 sounds like a Walther P-38 but I don't have a reference book for it.
The population of Campo Lugar is 1,108.
