There are two VERY effective ways to relieve anger or stress and they are to:Go outside and scream your anger away or to;Breathe deeply for 20 seconds.NEVER cry away stress/anger. Get a punching bag and beat the hell out of it. This is called redirection. You can also do push ups till you cant do any more. If you have problems with anger management. Take a tai chi class, or try karate or aikido classes. All 3 have the relaxation techniques that will destroy any anger problems. Yoga and aikido worked for me.
Aikido was designed so that both the attacker/enemy and the person defending do not get hurt during a conflict. Aikido is a way to resolve conflict as soft and peaceful as possible. Just like any art, once the student knows the art, they also have control over how much they apply a control or lock on a person. Many of the Aikido techniques can be deadly however they are not practiced that way. The level of punishment that you put upon a person is up to you once you know the technique.
nope
No, Hawaii does not have any landmarks at all.
There are five volvancos in Hawaii
There is no specific time. Aikido is self paced and some people will promote faster than others. Generally, once you reach a black belt rank, there becomes time restrictions before you can promote to the next Dan ranking. I know an Aikido Sensei who has over 40 years of Aikido experience, and he is a 6th Dan. Most people have a misconception of rank. Again, generally speaking, once you reach 3rd Dan, there is no difference to the next rank and so forth. It is merely "status" and political. You can be recommended for a Dan ranking and be promoted. That does not mean you are any better or know any more than a lesser rank.
