Sorta. Sasuke absorbed Orochimaru's body, so he gains all of his abilities etc, so technically he lives on. Regardless their is more to it in that in the manga. Later, Kabuto went hunting for Naruto, sucessfully finding him, he only wanted to chat though, during their chat he said how Naruto shown him the light and that he will become who he really wants to be, then showing that he had took Orochimaru's body inside on himself, he then said that Orochimaru was taking over his body, and that if it succesfully takes over Kabuto, he would be forever gone, meaning Orochimaru would come back. At that time Orochimaru took over 1/3rd of his body, by now he could be at 3/3, unless Kabuto got Orochimaru out somehow, though I don't think that is the case. Later Sasuke faced Itachi, Itachi (purpously) made Sasuke completely out of chakra, leaving Orochimaru open to take over Sasuke's body. Orochimaru then leaves Sasuke through the Curse Seal, where Itachi's Susanoo sucessfully seals Orochimaru forever in a genjutsu like world for eternity. So basically original Orochimaru is sealed forever inside a genjutsu like world, but a new Orochimaru is forming inside of Kabuto, one with the same personality, memories, desires etc etc. But this Orochimaru will be stronger as it is Kabuto + Orochimaru.

*SPOILERS* Orochimaru is killed in a weakened state, in the hands of Sasuke. Along the line, Sasuke (stupidly) keeps Kabuto alive, which was a grave mistake, as Kabuto managed to fuse himself with Orochimaru and now he is running a full-blown war with the United Five Nations with "Madara" (who can no longer be validly known as Madara, as Madara is dead and revived as part of the Resurrection jutsu). In a nutshell, Orochimaru lives within Kabuto like Lord Voldemort lived within Harry Potter. Feel free to shudder.
