What are the opinions on who would win in a fight between Spider-Man and Wolverine?

I'm am great fans of both although i do like Spider-Man more. Wolverines claws would come in real handy considering that is can cut Spideys webs. Spider-Man can still still shoot web balls though, but i don't think they'd really do any thing especially since Wolverine can take bullets and stay standing. I kinda think that Spider-Mans webs would be useless in this fight. But Spider-Mans Spider sense would be really helpful. Wolverine most likely would be charging at Spidey the whole time, and with Spider-Man having his spider sense he would be able to Dodge nearly every move and counter with a move of his own. The question is. Would that move do any serious damage to Wolverine? Not very likely. Wolverines admantium skeleton makes him a walking tank, and not only that but even if he does get hurt he has a healing factor. So in this fight Spider-Man would have speed, and strength on his side. Where as Wolverine has durability on his side. I think that wolvering would last long enough for Spider-Man to get worn out and probably lose some speed leaving Wolverine open to cut Spidey up.
WOLVERINE WINS! I think that Spider-Man would win if Wolverine didn't have a healing factor though. Sorry for the long opinion
