mostly not............u see using actually using the ninetails power shortens his life span..........and he prefers not to use it......and naruto is almost as strong as killer bee in sage mode..........and he doesn't need the nine tails..............actaully he'd be much stronger than he is now without the ninetails b'coz out of the huge amount chakra he is said to have now normally three-fourth of it is being used to suppress the 9tail's chakra without him knowing......................and also naruto with so much talent after sumtime maybe even strong ebough to beat all the tailed beasts..............

well The Nine-Tails' chakra usually comes to Naruto during life-threatening or other stressful situations, given to him by the Nine-Tails itself to ensure its survival. Naruto eventually learns to contact the Nine-Tails and demand some of its chakra, which it seems to comply to out of amusement. The reason Naruto is able to access its chakra is because of the unique way in which it was sealed. Though the Nine-Tails remains trapped within Naruto, its chakra can leak out through the seal and mix with Naruto's. The Nine-Tails' massive supply of chakra becomes an invaluable weapon for Naruto, often turning the tide of a difficult battle in his favor. Though useful, expanding the magnitude of his other abilities, Naruto cannot handle too much of the Nine-Tails' influence. As he draws upon additional amounts of the Nine-Tails' chakra, "tails" are produced, and from the fourth tail onwards he is reduced to animal instincts, no longer being able to differentiate between friend and foe. Although he usually stops himself from getting too far, once the fourth tail is attained, he needs outside assistance to force the Nine-Tails' influence to recede. It is unknown but highly unlikely that Naruto will use a different nature than the one he's most powerful with.

Who would win kyubi naruto with 4 tail's or Sasuke level 2?
Sasuke level two sure beat Kyubi Naruto. Kakashi said that the Rasengan Naruto have is better than Sasuke's Chidori. But when Kyubi Naruto vs Sasuke level two, the Chidori is also level 2. And then when Rasengan vs Chidori, the Chidori wins. 4 tails naruto would win by a long shot, as the chakra from the nine tails would heal naruto. Plus in one of the episodes 4 tails naruto produces a blast from his mouth that is powerfull enough to wipe out half a forest. Also orichimaru couldn't even hurt 4 tails naruto and only escaped because yamato supressed naruto's chakra. Not even orichimaru's snake blade wasn't even able to pierce 4 tail naruto's chakra coat!
