Well it has to be done localy unless you are willing to drive where the vehicle is. Craigs list is only face to face deals and most of them are cash only, unless its done by dealership then but not many dealerships will post on Craigslist. So you have to reply to post of the craigslist which will send email to the poster, or call if he has given number to meet face to face and look at the vehicle and decide if you want to buy. I bought my Toyota celica off craigslist.
