For that model year, it'll be an ECM setting... don't try doing it by removing a DRL panel or clipping wires.. all of those lights run through the ECM, and all the electronics are multiplexed... the cost of having to make trucks warn you when a light is out since apparently you can't hold the expectation that your drivers be competent and do their pre- and post-trip inspections like they're supposed to.
Unplug daytime running light module. It is located on driver side just under the front of the truck.
