Under the hood, against the firewall, on the passenger side of the vehicle. It's encased in the HVAC compartment, and there's a metal panel you need to remove to access it.
Kick panel on the driver's side.
You push in the yellow brake control valve...
Front of the firewall, on the passenger side. It's mounted on a cover which has a generally half cylindrical shape.

Open glove compartment, pull in on two tabs on side of compartment to swing door all the way down. Blower motor resistor is located to the left of the blower motor on the back wall of the enclosure. One T-15 Torx head screw holds it on along with the wiring connector.
The most likely cause is the blower motor, if you unplug it and the fuse doesn''t blow you will have an answer.
In the switch itself...
You gotta pop the cover off with a screwdriver, remove the retaining nut, then you need to use a puller either specifically for steering wheels or a harmonic balancer puller to separate the steering wheel from the column.
ether the blower motor or the blower motor resister is bad. it could also be the contact in the speed switch in the dash. i woul try the blower resister first it sthe mos t inexpeceve. on the 96 model it is on top of the blower box on the passanger side be hind the glove box remove the glove box and there are some relays in the way remove those bolts and then remov the two bolts that hold the resister in. its a tight spot so take ur time
You know that shaft that the pistons are connected to in the engine? Yeah, that's a crankcase.
The air conditioning filter on a Kenworth T800 is located in one of two places. It is either located near the unit itself, in a slide out drawer under the unit. The filter can also be at the drop down air return ducts. There should be a filter in one location only.
Its on the passenger side underneath the dash. Take off the kick panel that's right below the glove compartment (2 screws you can see underneath, 2 you have to take off the glove compartment door to get to). Once you get that off, its really easy to see. There are 2 bolts (size about 7mm) holding it in and a locking clip with the 4 blower swith wires coming out.
