It may seem there is a LOAD of junk out there, but I received a U8 SmartWatch at xmas. It is all Chinese, so I didnt really get it. After hours of reasearch (no joke - 42 hours) I found an app. It is called: Smart Watch Helper - and is available on the Google Play Store. It is free, and took a second to set up. Just click Save, Accept and Continue on all the Chinese stuff, and then, if your watch is paired, it should connect. Alot of functions (i.e. Camera and Notifications) are disabled until now. The watch should confirm that it is connected. THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BLUESTACKS, ANDY AND OTHER ANDROID SIMULATORS.
