by using some of the converters we can swap the analog dash into digital

dash dash dash
Check your keyboard it's between the number zero and the plus symbol at the top right of the regular 105+ US keyboard. This is a hyphen and not a dash. If you use the hyphen key, you must use it twice to make a dash, but this still is not a dash as there is a space between the two hyphens. There are two types of dashes. The en dash and the em dash. The en dash is bigger than a hyphen, but smaller than a em dash. The em dash is what most would want to use. The way to type is as follows: en dash - hold down the "alt" key and type 0150. em dash - hold down the "alt" key and type 0151 - Note the dash used in each of the instructions. The first is an en dash, and the second is an em dash. The character beneath them is a hyphen.

Yes, but you must do some rewiring. The digital dash uses a harness in the center of the dash, while the analog one uses a harness in one of the corners.
Yes?
If you can find a police cruiser that had an analog dash, I believe you can.
Yes you can change the dash in the Chevrolet S10 Blazers but only in the ones made between 1989 and 1994 (first generation, squared off, only those 5 years) one made prior to '89 had cable driven speedometers, and one made after 1994 (the rounded off, second generation) do not have the proper setup for the digital dash, you will however, need to do some rewiring (being the digital dash has a tachometer (RPM) and other features, the digital dash is also slimmer
If the digital dash lights up but shows no numbers for the speedometer on a 1989 Thunderbird LX, it is possible that a fuse is blown for the speedometer and the fuel gauge. There is more than one light in the dash for the speedometer.
If its a digital speedometer, probably under dash. If its analog, its cable and wheel driven--no fuse.
where do i find a graphic dash cluster for a 1986 ford thunderbird
the dash has to come away from the firewall but does not have to come all the way out 2 3 hour days if you take your time and take some pictures with digital camera as you take it out
The Ford Crown Victoria models with a digital dashboard were primarily produced from 1998 to 2002. These models featured an optional digital instrument cluster that replaced traditional analog gauges. The digital dash was more commonly found in the higher-end trims and was often used in police and fleet vehicles. After 2002, the Crown Victoria transitioned back to a more traditional analog gauge setup.
in the 3.0l models it is located right on top of the transmission. It makes a difference in sensors if you have the analog or digital cluster on the dash.
Yes you can, although there are some manual modifications to the wiring harness. The analog connector is 18 pin, and the digital connector is 34 pin. You can read a how-to guide here: http://people.oregonstate.edu/~akeym/
