yes its copyrighted unless that website payed naruto's owners to then download it. Some websites have naruto up for download without having problems with piracy. Whether it's because they payed the owners or not is unknown.

Technically yes, in a way downloading any copyrighted material is a form of piracy. Even though this is fansubbed; copyrighted material is still being shown, but nothing would probably happen because this is fan-subtitled material. Added: NarutoFan is charging money for their "service" without a license and payment to the material's creators, which is breaking copyright laws. Secondly, if you are a fan and in support of fansubbed/scanlation, by supporting NarutoFan.com, you are bring unwanted attention to the fan community that could very well shut it down. Thirdly, if you are going to pay, why not just pay for the real material and support its creator, not someone leeching off someone else hard work?

If by "anime" you mean "Hentai" and you are under the age of 18, then yes. yes it is, and get a life.

Downloading Anime and Manga is illegal if you are not purchasing it. When you download something without paying for it piracy. (Unless is a personal made video of sorts and they are sharing it for everyone)

This depends on the laws of you country, if you are downloading anime which have been licensed in the United States then it is extremely illegal, however, anime which is not licensed (only by Japanese TV) isn't that extreme, in some cases the producers wants people to download anime as it gets more spread around in the world then and in the end people buy it too.

But in general so is it illegal to download anime as it breaks the International Copyright Laws.
