I don't know if Louisiana has a law against it, but they COULD, and there would be no First Amendment constitutional protection to watch such videos.
The First Amendment might protect some mild forms of ponography that are only "indecent" but not things that are truly "obscene." The local community morals and standards are supposed to be used in deciding if that line is crossed. And I'll bet that LA is a lot less tolerant toward sex videos of any kind than NY or CA would be.
