According to a few sources, Neterosexuality is when a persons entire frame of sexual reference and experience derives from the internet. - That's what it says on Urban Dictionary and there is a twitter page about it but I'm thinking it's probably something that someone made up to insult someone else; but in today's world I can see this becoming a real thing where someone's entire knowledge about sex was found purely on the internet and that their entire experience with sex was from cyber sex, i.e mutual masturbation over webcam or even just instant messaging and email.
