Yes. It will take another computer and a firewire cable. You just connect the two computers with the firewire cable, boot the ibook holding the "T" key, then load the install disc in the other computer.
When the installer loads, you'll be able to reset the password by selecting the option from the "File" menu and then selecting the iBook (which will be mounted via Firewire).
