Many viruses self replicate. Viruses will create folders inside folders to hide in order to cause damage. If the same folder is inside every single folder then you most likely have one of these self replicating viruses.
A sub folder is when you put a folder in another folder and a sub level folder is when you put more than one sub folder in another sub folder.....

When the Applications window opens press the Command (cmd) key and click on the name Applications at the top of the window - the path to the Applications folder will be revealed.
In any Windows, first, you have to create a new folder. So, go to where you want to save your first folder (the one that will hold the other folder inside it). 1) First have at least two apps that you want to categorize 2) tap and hold on one of the apps (this will cause the apps to jiggle and a little x to appear in the right hand corner) 3) drag one of the two apps that you want to categorize on top the other app that you want int e same category. 4) This will create a folder and from here you can edit the name of your folder (apple usually gives a suggested title based on the type of apps you put together. 5) To finalize this process jsut click the home button.
