You can't directly from your iPod Touch without WiFi. Ways to get songs on your iPod Touch: 1. Buy from iTunes- Either from your computer by downloading iTunes or on your iPod Touch by tapping the purple iTunes app icon 2. Importing it from iTunes from music files on your computer. In the corner of the latest iTunes, there is a little file button click that>then click the "Add Files to Library" and choose whatever you want from your music folder on your computer, or a hard drive.
If you have an IPod Touch or IPhone you can redeem it on there as long as you have wifi.
