No. Not exactly there are websites where you can get one for free im not going to name any because I do not know if it is illegal or not to Download emulaters for free. That and I don't know any. But yes there probably is a place to get one for free.

AnswerWhat kind of emulator, to do what with what? All distributions of Linux that I know of come with WINE, at least, to fool software into thinking it's running in Windows. Similar programs, like Virtual PC and VMware are available, but not free, that are made to run on Windows. hmm..check this oneWell, it's rather complicated to say this. Actually it's free because you can download it from internet. But "BIOS" is illegal stuff. If you buy a console (PAY), i think you can play the emulator. But if you get it(FREE) then you have do a crime.

actually the emulator is completely free but I heard that if iou don't have the game you want to play on that emulator is illegal to download the game (but i have houndreds of roms(emulator games) and no one had busted me yet)
