Yes you can use a wireless microphone
Halo: Reach is a game to be played on a console and therefore does not have it's own place to plug in a microphone. But, to use a mic on Halo:Reach Multiplayer Matchmaking (aka online) you just need to have the mic plugged in to your controller. If the mic is wireless just have it synced to the Xbox.
either buy a wireless bluetooth mic, or wired mic. connect or plug in the mic and then should be ready to chat :)
yes they are wireless except for the mic
A wireless mic kit is easy to use. They usually come with direct instructions on how to set it up and how to use it. Wireless mics make traveling and speaking or performing so much easier.
The Xbox Wireless Headset has a wireless range of 30 feet, which means, if it is turned on, you can go anywhere within 3 feet of the console and use still be able to use it. All you need to do is talk normally like you would with any other mic. Once you get outside of that 30 foot range however, the mic will stop working until it comes in range with the console once again.
buy a PS3
All electronic store will carry some variation of a wireless mic kit. Try future shop, best buy and even walmart will have options.
Most microphones plug into a PA system which typically consists of a preamp, a mixer, a power amp main speakers and monitors although not all components are needed and often other components such as effects processors and noise gates are added. I love my SM-57. Its got a huge range and is totally the best universal mic that can get anything from an amp to a snare to vocals. Unless you really need high end gear for really serious recording, I'd go with a versitile mic. I imagine though if you're asking on here, you are not doing something so serious to drop a few grand on a ultra high end (low end :) ) mic.
If they guitar and mic are wireless you have to calibrate them in the settings.
