I am unable to log into my hotmail account. I have tried the password reset option but the option of secret question is incorrect and the option of sending the password reset to the hotmail email address will not work as I cannot log in. At the time of registering I did not have an alternate email address (I have one now - cathyditlow@gmail.com). What am I to do as I need information from hotmail urgently and have tried everything.
