How do you add sounds to Windows Movie Maker like a lightsaber?

Okay... I'm not exactly sure what a Lightsaber is, or what it sounds like. Perhaps it is a Star Wars type of article??

You can add sound effects by importing audio files compatible with Windows Movie Maker:

aif, .aifc, .aiff, .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav, .wma

Once you've imported the file, simply drag it down into the Audio/Music track in the time-line view. Stretch it/move it along the time-line where you wish to display the effects.
