How do you attach graphics into email messages?

The way that you attach pictures to an email depends upon the email client that you are using. If you are using AOL, you can simply right click and choose insert picture. For Gmail, you will need to press the attachment button.

If you want to add a picture in your email it is fairly simple.

Open your new email message and get your blank writing area

Write your message

On the page you will see a tap that is called "Attachments"

Hit that

A screen will open with a box that has a little blank area

If it is a picture or anything else you want to send you would hit Browse

When you do this what is on your computer will open a list of things on your computer

So you will go to pictures

Find your picture and highlight it and hit open

It will fill in the little box in the attachment pane with the name of your picture

Hit attach

And now your picture will upload and attach to your letter

Hit send to send the letter and you are done

If you wish to add your image "inline" with your text, then you should use the INSERT option that is generally found on the Menu bar. It will put the selected image at the location of the cursor in the body of the email.

Note that some email providers don't allow for inline images.

If you are sending newsletters, it's different. Images to a newsletter have to be stored in a remote webserver which will be fetched at the time of reading the newsletter.

If the image you wish to send is very large, some systems limit attachment sizes to a certain maximum, you can upload the image to the "cloud" using Microsoft's free Skydrive, Dropbox, or some similar application and then inserting the link in your e-mail.

First upload your graphics (Image) in any one free online storage website like ( http://www.Photobucket.com ) then open your uploaded image and right click copy paste your email.
