To enable Shift + F3 in Windows 2007, you need to use Microsoft Word or another compatible application that supports this shortcut. In Word, Shift + F3 toggles the case of selected text between uppercase, lowercase, and sentence case. Simply highlight the text you want to change and press Shift + F3 to cycle through the case options. If it doesn't work, make sure your function keys are not locked or reassigned in your keyboard settings.
