In Microsoft Word Shift+ F3 will remove all CAPS from a word. It will also add a Capital letter to your highlighted word or if pressed twice, will change the words to all CAPS.

To enable Shift + F3 in Windows 2007, you need to use Microsoft Word or another compatible application that supports this shortcut. In Word, Shift + F3 toggles the case of selected text between uppercase, lowercase, and sentence case. Simply highlight the text you want to change and press Shift + F3 to cycle through the case options. If it doesn't work, make sure your function keys are not locked or reassigned in your keyboard settings.

I've been looking for changing shortcut for years:))) but shift+F3 works just perfect!. i am so tired of clicking on the bar trying to change caps to small letters:))) Thanks a lot guys.
