To fix a Toshiba NB255 that won't turn on, first, ensure the battery is charged by connecting the power adapter and checking the power LED indicator. If it still doesn't turn on, perform a hard reset by removing the battery, unplugging the device, and holding the power button for about 15 seconds before reconnecting everything. If the issue persists, consider checking for any hardware failures or faulty components. Lastly, consulting a professional technician may be necessary if the device remains unresponsive.
