To launch a disk game on an iMac, insert the game disc into the optical drive. Once the disc is recognized, it may automatically open a window displaying its contents; if not, you can find it on the desktop or in Finder under "Devices." Double-click the game's application icon to start it. If prompted, follow any on-screen instructions to complete the installation or launch process.

To open a PC Studio disk on your iMac, first, insert the disk into your Mac's optical drive. If the disk doesn't automatically mount, open Finder and look for the disk under the "Devices" section in the sidebar. If the disk is in a format not natively supported by macOS, you may need to use third-party software, such as Wine or VirtualBox, to access its contents. Make sure to eject the disk properly after you're done by right-clicking on it and selecting "Eject."
most of the time it is something to do with the launcher, for me to fix it either take the disk out and reload it or take the disk out and restart the computer then reload the game. hope this helps.
in the right side of macbook pros there is a long slit for the disk to slide in.
