About three months ago, I put the digital copy version of "Up" onto my computer. I had trouble playing it on the computer itself (there was only a black screen when I clicked on it). However, when I put it on my iPod Touch, it played on the iPod. But that's not the question for now. I had been able to play it on my iPod for quite a while. Then, yesterday, I downloaded the new version of iTunes (iTunes 10). When I tried syncing my iPod to the computer, it suddenly said that movie wouldn't sync because it wasn't authorized to the computer (which it actually was). When it prompted me to authorize the computer, I did, and it seemed to had successfully authorized, though it still was showing the blank screen as always. I tried syncing the iPod again, and I had the exact same problem! The cycle repeats over and over again. I would appreciate any suggestions.
If your computer is catching on fire then it is having a cooling problem. Make sure your fan did not come unplugged or burn out. If your computer has not already had some of the internal parts melted then you still may be able to salvage some of it.
I assume you have DRM songs stored on your iPhone. You have to authorize the computer you are working on. Please follow this simple procedure to solve your problem: 1. Run iTunes 2. Click on Store -> Authorize computer... 3. Close iTunes 4. Transfer your songs using a third-party software such as CopyTrans (http://www.copytrans.net) 5. Then, you will be able to play DRM songs in iTunes. I hope this will help to solve that issue.

If you are having a problem connecting to the internet, there are several ways to tell if the problem is with your computer or your ISP (internet service provider). First, check your network connections from the control panel on your computer. If your computer says that you are disconnected, the problem is probably with the connection between your computer and your router. If not, the problem may be with your computer itself, your router, or ISP. Check your router's status indicator lights. If they are not blinking normally the problem is most likely with your ISP or the router itself. If not, it is probably a problem with your computer.
