In Microsoft Word, AutoShapes are now part of the Shapes feature. Here’s how to access them:

Open your Word document
Go to the Insert tab (top menu)
Click on Shapes
A dropdown will appear with:
Lines
Rectangles
Arrows
Flowchart shapes
Callouts

Press Alt + N + SH (opens Shapes menu)

Despite MS Word is not a graphics processor you can make simple drawings there. You use drawing toolbar at the bottom of the screen. As examples are: speech bubbles, autoshapes, simple diagrams, lines, circles, etc.
i used to know how but i havent got 2007 anymore so i forgot! but if u use the autoshapes and draw a semi circle, and then draw a text box in front of it that is clear and has no outlines then it will sorta look the same??

You can get a template like for school. Student's can look up Notebook paper kind of style and Microsoft word will automatically set it up for him. Or you can do thing's manually.
