First, you have to set the BIOS to halt on no errors, otherwise, it will stop the boot process.
2. You have to have the opsys' network (TCP/IP I assume) working propperly.
3. You have to run some sort of control program. Viral (Trojan), like Sub7 have been using this tech for ages. Windows has the Remote Help function (XP only) to utilise this tech. Other Windows need a terminal server installed. Linux has a built-in support.
4. You need a client program. If you are fine with text-based interface, you use the default telnet client. If you want graphics, you need a compatible (SSH?) software. I cannot help you with this, you'll have to check a few computer magazines for the answer. Probably Putty can do it.
5. If you use internet, secure transmission (SSH) is a MUST. Otherwise, you'll have your computer hacked in notime. :(
AnswerLook for a VNC type product, eg www.realvnc.com. Also, TightVNC is a good option, http://www.tightvnc.com/keyboard and monitor out put devices
A motherboard with an ethernet port, a hard drive (with installed OS), processor, graphics processor, monitor, keyboard+mouse. Oh and a case to put the stuff in.
It is the keyboard.
This is a keyboard you can display on your monitor and you can use with your mouse or with your fingers on a touchscreen.

No. You need a ethernet cord and a modem to connect to the internet. A monitor displays the image.
A monitor is a screen on which you see images created by a computer. A keyboard is a device for instructing a computer or inputting data to a computer by depressing marked keys in a pattern that conveys information. So a monitor is an output device and a keyboard is an input device.
